Why Sherpath?

Sherpath

Whether I am consulting, teaching, or speaking, my focus is to serve my constituents to the best of my abilities as a Sherpa. My philosophy is to guide my clients, students, and audiences through critical thinking, deep reflections, and pragmatic actions for them to own their paths to fulfilling their purposes in life. I am on the journey with them to think, feel, collaborate, struggle, and achieve together. Their success is my success and vice versa. From time to time, I may lead from the front through the unknowns, pointing out the pitfalls, risks, possible routes, and critical reflections. Sometimes I may stand side by side with them as a peer on this crazy journey called life. I may lend my shoulder for them to lean and cry on. I may also take off and carry their backpacks of burdens for a short time, as they need it while they go through harrowing trails. I may also walk behind them to push forward, as a quiet breeze empowering their sail. I want them to feel supported and grounded knowing someone has their backs. While common titles like consultant, strategist, coach, advisor, professor, and speaker appropriately describe what I do functionally, I embrace the title, philosophy, and approach of a Sherpa to describe who I am, how and why I do what I do.

Sherpath

I empower and guide my clients to design their own path, grounded in their own data, history, and experience. This ensures authentic ownership, confidence, and accountability as my clients lead their life and career.

Sherpath

My clients are capable of elevating themselves to the nth degree, when leading their life and career with authentic ownership, confidence, and accountability, on the path they designed.
